2. Cancellation Policy

Before Work Initiation

Clients may request cancellation before the service process has started.

If no work, analysis, documentation, or consultation has been initiated from our side, partial or full cancellation may be considered after deducting applicable administrative or payment gateway charges.

After Work Initiation

Once the service process has started, documents are collected, analysis is initiated, consultation is provided, disputes are drafted, or any backend process has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Eligible Refund Cases

• ✔ Payment deducted but service not assigned or initiated
• ✔ Technical transaction failure resulting in excess debit
• ✔ Service could not be started due to internal limitations from our side

Any approved refund will be processed within 7-15 working days through the original payment method.

4. No Guarantee Clause

Credit Expert provides professional guidance and rectification support based on available information, bureau data, and banking procedures.

We do not guarantee:

• ✔ Loan approval
• ✔ Credit card approval
• ✔ Removal of legally valid records
• ✔ Fixed timeline for bureau updates

Final decisions remain subject to banks, NBFCs, credit bureaus, and regulatory authorities.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

• ✔ Correct and genuine information
• ✔ Valid documents
• ✔ Timely responses and cooperation

Any delay or rejection caused due to incorrect information provided by the client shall not make the service refundable.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are requested to contact our support team before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with banks/payment gateways.

False or unauthorized chargebacks after successful service delivery may lead to legal action.

7. Modification of Policy

Credit Expert reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
